Salt Lake City, Memphis and Birmingham are the most charitable cities in the U.S., according to a new study. The Chronicle of Philanthropy published its annual "How America Gives" special report on Sunday, and found that these metropolitan areas had the highest percentages of gross income given to charity in 2012.
